terms of service
File Sharing & CONTENt
The client (hereforth referred to as “you/your/yourself/”) agrees to accept full responsibility for the legality of the content of any and all files sent to the artist (hereforth referred to as “me/my/myself/recursion error/”), including any and all legal consequences faced for the sharing, possession, and distribution of such content. you agree not to hold me liable for any such circumstances which may arise from your actions.
this means you agree not to send me any files, links, or other such content that could place either party involved (hereforth referred to as “WE/us/our/”) in violation of any and all laws within any jurisdictions that may seek to persecute us for such.
YOU ALSO AGREE NOT TO SEND recursion error ANY FILES OR LINKS TO FILES CONTAINING:
- IMAGES OF CHILDREN OR CHARACTERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18. PERIOD. DOESN’T MATTER IF THEY’RE OBSCENE OR NOT.
- IMAGES OF ANY LIVING INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE NOT CONSENTED TO YOU TO SENDING TO ME. ASK THEM FIRST.
- this includes the fursonas and original characters of living individuals. that is their digital them.
- coprophilic imagery, diaper imagery, or any of that shit.
you agree to use common sense and practice good digital hygiene when sending files of any assortment to recursion error.
payment & services rendered
you agree TO RESPECT ANy TIMELINES, boundaries, limitations, and artistic liberties LAID OUT WITHIN or by WHATEVER SERVICE YOU ARE PAYING recursion error to render. you agree to honour any payments made to recursion error, and agree not to issue any refund requests, partial or otherwise, once services have been rendered in any form, regardless of your personal valuation of the results of such services. you are paying for my time (and in certain instances, required materials, shipping, and other related expenses) as an artist, not the results of such.
requested services will not begin until payment has been received and confirmed. refund requests received after work on your piece has begun.
in circumstances where i cannot or will not render the services requested, you will be refunded and provided a reason.
communication
you agree to communicate with me by means of e-mail, and only to discuss matters pertaining to its artistic services. you agree not to harass, spam, or otherwise aggress me with any messages unrelated to my services.
